SHIPPING:
Once you have placed your order, we aim to have it dispatched within 48 hours.
Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday.
Please allow up to 3-4 days for dispatch during peak sale times. Please allow extra time for shipping during COVID-19. With limited flights and Victorian lockdowns, postage is extremely delayed. We aim to get your order to you as soon we can!
If you are not home upon delivery to sign for your package, your item will be authorised to leave in a safe place unless notified otherwise.
Once your parcel is in the hands of the courier/shipping company we are no longer responsible for this item. The item belongs to you. Summer Skin Australia are not responsible for the replacement of your product once the item has been marked as delivered by the courier/shipping service.
