REFUND POLICY / SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING: 
Once you have placed your order, we aim to have it dispatched within 48 hours. 
Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. 


Please allow up to 3-4 days for dispatch during peak sale times. We aim to get it to you as soon we can!


If you are not home upon delivery to sign for your package, your item will be authorised to leave in a safe place unless notified otherwise. We also provide the option for you to purchase ‘insured express' shipping option to cover damage of product, or the cost of replacement if your parcel is lost.

Once your parcel is in the hands of the courier/shipping company we are no longer responsible for this item. The item belongs to you. Summer Skin Australia are not responsible for the replacement of your product once the item has been marked as delivered by the courier/shipping service. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Summer Skin Australia aims to dispatch your order within 2 business days from receiving the order. Due to this, no changes can be made once placing your order. Cancellations are not accepted, however if you need to amend your order details please contact us immediately via email info@summerskinau.com
However if the order has already been processed by our warehouse we can not guarantee change.


In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at info@summerskinau.com. We will do our best to resolve your issue.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE PRODUCT?
Once your Summer Skin Australia order has been submitted we cannot amend the type of shipping or change / add products to your order. If you are wanting to add a product to your order, please contact us immediately at info@summerskinau.com so we can try our best to combine the shipping. However, this is not always applicable.


CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Please send all change of address emails with subject heading ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’, so we can spot the issue as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse we can not guarantee change.

CAN I USE A P.O BOX FOR DELIVERY?
If you choose Australia Post for your shipping method, PO BOX are okay to use.
If you choose a courier service, your address must be a street address.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER AND GET AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Summer Skin will not accept any refunds or exchanges on product purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at info@summerskinau.com prior to returning the products and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

If you find your sample products are not right for you and you have purchased the one time Glow Pack offer, you are able to return your Glow Pack for a refund. Shipping costs and sample costs are non-refundable. The products tamper seals must not be removed or tampered with. If there is evidence that the seals have been opened or tampered with there will be no refund issued. Return shipping must be covered by the customer. Please email us at info@summerskinau.com prior to returning the products. 
  
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS HELD BY LOCAL CUSTOMS?
It is the buyers responsibility when items are stuck at customs. Summer Skin Australia will provide all correct documentation to have your items cleared at customs. We are not liable for items held or refused by local customs.


ENGLISH LANGUAGE:
Please note, any orders not placed in the English language may not print or translate to labels correctly. In these circumstances, your item will not arrive to your shipping address and Summer Skin Australia will not be liable for the refund or replacement of your order.
