Q: What happens once I place my order?
A: Keep an eye on your inbox, we'll send a confirmation email with your order number and information. Once the items have been shipped you will then receive an additional email with tracking information.

Q: Do your products contain any nut oils?
A: Yes! Our products contain argan oil and almond oil. If you have any allergies, please check the full ingredient list before use and always patch test prior.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A:
We aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch if your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. Peak sale times may assume shipping delays however we will always keep you informed. After dispatch, your order is in the hands of the courier/shipping company. Check your tracking number for estimated delivery times.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship Summer Skin within Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, UK and selected European countries.

Q: What do I do if I made an error when placing my order?
A: Don’t worry! If you have made an error while making a purchase please email info@summerskinau.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if we have already processed your order for shipping we will be unable to alter the order. For further information, please see our Returns Policy.

Q: Can I use sunscreen with the “All In One Oil”?
A: Absolutely – use our oil over your sunscreen. Make sure to find a natural zinc-based product. This will protect from harsh UV rays but also the vitamin D intake, and our oil will help to keep your skin hydrated and plump while in the sun.

Q: When should I use the “Hydrating Cream”?
A: We recommend daily use to keep your skin soft, smooth and bright all year 'round. Use any time of the day – morning, night, after sun exposure, after showering, etc.

Q:  Can I use Summer Skin if I have sensitive skin?
A: 100%! Our products are developed with natural ingredients and are specially designed to be soothing and nourishing. This can help with sensitive skin and/or skin inflammations. We always recommend doing a patch test first – everyone’s skin reacts differently to ingredients.

Q: Can I use Summer Skin if I am pregnant?
A: We highly recommend our all-natural Eight In One Oil for your growing belly. We suggest doing a patch test first just in case, as everyone’s skin reacts differently to ingredients.

Q: What is your fragrance?
A: Our fragrance is naturally derived, which means it only contains ingredients from a natural origin. Extracts of essential oils are used to create our own unique scent. People can still react to essential oils, so that’s why we always recommend you patch test prior.

Q: Can I use your products on my face?
A: Our current range is designed for intense body hydration, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use our products on your face! There are no nasties in our products but we always encourage you to try a patch test before applying it to the whole face. Our Eight In One Oil is all-natural and full of nourishing and healing ingredients – perfect for dry skin types.

Q: Do your products contain any nasties?
A: We kicked nasties to the curb. Our products contain no parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum or synthetic colours.

Q: Are your products tested on animals?
A: Our products are never, ever tested on animals.

Q: Where is Summer Skin made?
A: We are proudly Australian-made.

Q: Is your packaging recyclable?
A: It sure is! Our packaging is made from the most commonly recycled plastic which is also considered one of the safest forms of plastic. Even our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable so please make sure to remember to recycle your empty bottles and shipping boxes. Preserving the environment is a core principle of our brand.
